Chargebacks
By purchasing a challenge or account from OneStopProp, you agree not to initiate any chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- OneStopProp reserves the right to immediately suspend all accounts and withhold any pending payouts.
- OneStopProp may recover any amounts previously paid to the trader, including all profit split payouts.
- Traders will be responsible for all legal and administrative costs incurred by OneStopProp in defending the chargeback.
